PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP TO CARE FOR THE LAND AND SERVE PEOPLE ON NATIONAL FORESTS

The NEW Solutions-Forest Service Program places experienced workers into positions that contribute to fulfilling the mission of the agency, to sustain the health, diversity and productivity of the Nation's forests and grasslands to meet the needs of present and future generations.

Applicants Enrollees		Welcome to the Forest Service ACES Program Welcome to the National Experienced Workforce Solutions (NEW Solutions) FOREST SERVICE - Agriculture Conservation Experienced Services (ACES) Program. This partnership between the NEW Solutions and the US Forest Service (USFS) places experienced workers into positions supporting conservation and environmental protection efforts. The USFS program helps address the issue of “brain-drain” as experienced workers retire and taps knowledge and expertise of individuals 55 years of age or older, and in partnership with NEW Solutions fills agency needs. USFS enrollees can have flexible work schedules attractive compensation. and supply technical and administrative assistance to the USFS.
